Decedent was employed as a moulder and metal pourer in a plant in which radiators and boilers were made. The pouring required the manipulation of ladles, tipping them by the use of a turning handle. The handle used by decedent was hard to turn and there is proof that it was fifty times as hard as the ordinary ladle handle.
