By this motion brought on by an order to show cause, the relator seeks to vacate and set aside the ex parte order made by Mr. Justice HEFFERNAN dated May 16, 1951, which fixed the fees and disbursements of the Referee who had been appointed to hear and determine the issues raised by the petitions and returns in proceedings in certiorari to review the relator's special franchise assessments in the city...
