Judgment unanimously reversed and a new trial ordered, with costs to the appellants to abide the event, unless the plaintiffs stipulate to reduce the judgment to the sums of $7,500 in favor of the plaintiff Tillie Freedman and $1,500 in favor of the plaintiff Hyman Freedman plus costs as taxed, in which event the judgment, as so modified, is affirmed, without costs.
Upon this record the judgment appealed from herein is excessive.
