In his suit brought under the Workmen's Compensation Act of Texas, Vernon's Ann. Civ.St. art. 8306 et seq., to set aside an award of the Industrial Accident Board, plaintiff alleged that, though the accident occurred on Nov. 23, 1949, and the claim for compensation was not filed until Jan. 25, 1951, he had good cause1 up until he filed his claim for not filing it within the time provided by the Act.
