Elsie C. Wilkerson filed her notice of motion for judgment in the court below against Raymond H. Mitchell to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained when a truck in which she was riding as a guest overturned while it was being driven by Mitchell southwardly along Campbell avenue between 16th and 17th streets, in the city of Lynchburg. There was a jury trial below which resulted in a verdict and judgment for the plaintiff...
