Defendant appeared before the Justice of the Peace on November 16, 1949, with a game warden and made an affidavit that he had shot a deer out of season, and offered to compromise the civil penalties provided by the Conservation Law for the sum of $100, plus $2.50 costs. He consented in writing that judgment for that amount be entered against him, which was done.
