On May 31, 1951, an information was filed in the Juvenile Court charging appellant with being the father of a child born on April 16 to an unmarried woman.1 Appellant appeared in court on June 12. He was without counsel and the trial court informed him he was entitled to counsel if he so desired. He replied that he did not desire counsel. He was then asked if he was the father...
