Hazel Carter was indicted at the March, 1950, term of the criminal court of Cook County on three counts. She was charged in the first count with assault with a dangerous weapon with intent to murder, in the second with assault with a dangerous and deadly weapon with intent to inflict bodily injury, and in the third count with an assault with a sharp instrument with intent to inflict...
