Appellant, Mrs. Mary Ollie Requa Dew, is one of the three daughters of appellee, Mrs. Nora Requa. The present suit involves title to certain real and personal property.

December 1, 1938, Mrs. Requa's husband, T. P. Requa, (and Ollie's father) died testate. He gave $1 to each of his three daughters and all the remainder of his property to Mrs. Requa.

Prior to his death (in December 1936) T. P. Requa and Mrs. Requa had conveyed by warranty...
