This is an appeal by the defendants from a decree enjoining them from using lot 15 fronting on Schaefer road in Wallace Brothers subdivision in Detroit, for nonresidential purposes. Defendant Joseph Armstrong is a plumber, and in 1946 defendants acquired said lot on which to erect a building for use in his business.
