This is an appeal from a judgment on a verdict convicting appellant of robbery, for which he was sentenced for an indeterminate term of from 10 to 25 years. The error assigned here is the overruling of his motion for a new trial. The motion for new trial asserted error in the giving and refusing of certain instructions concerning included offenses.
