BUCHANAN, Justice.

Robert Clayton Lloyd, plaintiff's decedent, was struck by an automobile driven by the defendant, Andrews, and died two days later as a result of his injuries. His administratrix brought this action alleging that his death was caused by the defendant's negligence. A jury returned a verdict for the defendant, on which the court entered judgment.
