Dergan against the Metcalfe Construction Company, the Hamilton Construction Company and the Kansas City Bridge Company, joint adventurers in the performance of a Government construction contract, to recover compensation for overtime under the provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended, 29 U.S.C.A. § 207.
