In this original proceeding in mandamus petitioner, Albert B. Knight, a resident and taxpayer of the City of Fairmont, a municipal corporation, seeks to have the respondent, James H. Hanway, Mayor of Fairmont, execute revenue bonds in the amount of $3,500,000 for the construction of a toll bridge over the Monongahela River, within that city. Respondent demurred to the petition, and also filed an answer thereto. Petitioner filed his demurrer to the answer...
