This action was commenced by the administratrix of the estate of Ralph E. Pickens, deceased, to recover damages against Oklahoma Natural Gas Company, a corporation, for the wrongful death of Ralph E. Pickens. From the verdict and judgment in favor of the plaintiff, in the amount of $12,000, the defendant appeals.
