The Defendant Company made the United States of America a third party defendant under the Federal Tort Claims Act, Title 28 U.S.C.A. §§ 1346 (b), 2671 et seq., and as allowed by the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure rule 14, 28 U.S.C.A.
