Defendants were convicted in the Justice Court for Juneau Precinct of fishing commercially for salmon within 500 yards of the mouth of Peterson Creek, in violation of Section 4 of the Act of Congress of June 6, 1924, 43 Stat. 466, for the protection and regulation of the fisheries of Alaska, as amended, 48 U.S.C.A. 232.
