The Commonwealth's attorney of Dickenson county filed a petition in the circuit court of that county praying that a writ of quo warranto be awarded in the name of the Commonwealth against Joe G. Dotson, the appellant, to remove him from office as a member of the Board of Supervisors from Kennedy Magisterial District.
