In the 2 above entitled cases certain employees, 1,549 in number, of the Ford Motor Company were held to be disqualified and denied unemployment compensation by the appeal board of the Michigan unemployment compensation commission. One of the 3 members of the board dissented, and agreed with the referee who had held that none of these claimants was disqualified to receive unemployment benefits.
