Plaintiffs filed a bill in equity demanding from defendants a complete accounting with respect to certain funds withdrawn by them from a savings account in the First National Bank of Ashley, Pa., and seeking to have them declared trustees with respect to one third of those funds for the benefit of plaintiffs.

The matter came before the court upon preliminary objections.
