Marguerita Giubbani died testate July 15, 1949, in Redding, Shasta County. Her will was admitted to probate and in due course S.C. Baker, an inheritance tax appraiser, was appointed as such, and as probate appraiser. He appraised the property in the estate, including certain business property in Redding, which business property he valued at $116,880.
