This was an action by resident taxpayers of a rural high school district to enjoin the issuance of bonds by the district, as more fully set out hereafter.

As the result of motions directed at the original petition, the plaintiffs filed their amended petition, which so far as need be mentioned, alleged that the rural high school district and its officers, hereafter referred to generally as the defendants...
