McCREARY, P.J., April 16, 1951.
On March 29, 1951, we heard testimony in the matter of defendant's appeal from a summary conviction for an alleged violation of section 316 (A) of The Game Law of June 3, 1937, P.L. 1225, as amended, 34 PS § 1311.316. This section reads as follows:
"Except in the defense of person or property, to hunt, chase, shoot at, take, or kill, or pursue with intent to take, kill, or wound, any wild birds or wild animals by any method...
