Complainant, Wesco Foods Company, sold to Demase and Manna, respondents, on or about May 7, 1948, a carload of tomatoes at a price specified, shipment to be made from Palmetto, Florida to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The tomatoes arrived at Pittsburgh 2:48 a. m. May 10, 1948. The total sales price was $2,772.50 f. o. b. Palmetto, Florida.
