Plaintiffs have brought suit under the California Death Act, Code Civ.Proc. § 377, for the wrongful death of their son in a grade crossing collision of an Army Air Force bus and a train of the defendant, Union Pacific Railroad Company, at Ontario, California. Defendant moves to transfer the action to the Southern District of California, under Section 1404(a) of the Judicial Code, 28 U.S.C.A.
