This is an appeal by Hamlin Machine Company, hereinafter referred to as appellant, from a judgment rendered by the trial judge, sitting without a jury, in favor of Holtite Manufacturing Company, Inc., hereinafter referred to as appellee, in the amount of $1,000 and costs on the counterclaim of the appellee filed to appellant's declaration.
