The respondent determined a deficiency in income tax against the petitioner for the calendar year 1947 in the amount of $12,559, and a 10 per cent ad valorem penalty of $1,255.90. The only issues presents first, a factual question whether petitioner found $31,000 as he claimed, and second, if it be found that he did find the money as claimed, there is the legal question whether the money so found was...
