Laura Lee Lindsey, appellee, sued Curtis B. Dall and twenty-four other defendants, appellants, in trespass to try title to recover an undivided one-half interest in the minerals in and under 480 acres of land situated in Hale and Lubbock Counties. A number of the appellants sought judgment over against E. Orcutt on his warranty of title as made in certain mineral deeds.
