This is a suit by the Government for treble damages, consisting of alleged overcharges of rent from the occupants of a housing accommodation in a rent controlled area, under Sections 205 and 206 of the Housing Act of 1947, 50 U.S.C.A. §§ 1881-1902, in the city of Monroe, Louisiana, and for an injunction to restrain future alleged violations of the said law.
