This is a Petition for Review of an order of the Referee in Bankruptcy restraining the First Federal Savings & Loan Association of Fargo from proceeding with certain mortgage foreclosure actions commenced by the Association in State Court prior to bankruptcy, upon mortgage liens on property of the Bankrupt, which mortgages were acquired some time prior to the four months period immediately preceding bankruptcy.
