George Route was charged by information filed in the county court of Okmulgee county with the crime of possession of intoxicating liquor with the intent to sell, etc., was tried before a jury, convicted, and his punishment fixed at a fine of $50, and confinement in the county jail for 30 days. Appeal has been duly perfected to this court.
