This suit is brought under the Texas Workmen's Compensation Law.1 In June 1950 Anita R. Lynch, the wife of John Lynch, became an employee of Consolidated-Vultee Aircraft Corporation, at Fort Worth, Texas, and afterwards while so employed sustained personal injury about her work in February 1951. The employer was a compensation subscriber. She, acting alone, gave notice of such injury, and filed a claim for compensation...
