BUSHNELL, J.
Upon leave granted, the people have appealed from an order of the recorder's court of the city of Detroit, quashing an information against defendants Richard Lightstone, Philip Jones and Bill Roberts. Upon stipulation of the parties the appeal was dismissed as to defendant Jones, without prejudice to the appellant and remaining appellees.
