Petition for writ of habeas corpus was on April 20, 1950, filed in this court by Mollie Walters, mother of Serena Avon Walters, age nine years seeking her release from the Child Welfare Division of the Oklahoma Department of Public Welfare, to which organization said child was committed by reason of an order issued by the county court of Stephens county in case No. D-6, dated August 23, 1949.
