On rehearing the opinion promulgated herein on the 20th day of October, 1949, is hereby withdrawn and the following opinion substituted therefor.

Plaintiff recovered a verdict and judgment against defendant in the sum of $7,667.11 for damages alleged to have been sustained by reason of losing 474 sheep which died from eating oil cake pellets manufactured by defendant from grain and mustard screenings and sold to plaintiff.
