This is an appeal from a judgment of the Gibson Circuit Court in an action originally instituted in the Vanderburgh Probate Court by the appellants as plaintiffs seeking to terminate a trust. The prayer of the first paragraph of the complaint asked that the trust in question be terminated and other proper relief.
