The Bankrupt, American Creameries, a Texas corporation, on or about May 6, 1948, executed to the Intervenor its Promissory Note in the sum of $30,000, assigning to Intervenor certain Accounts Receivable as security for such Note. The Referee has held such Assignment to be void, or if not...
