This is an appeal by defendant after judgment in favor of plaintiffs. The action was for recovery of damages resulting from a collision between plaintiffs' automobile and defendant's truck. Immediately preceding the collision respondent Matt Pohler was driving his automobile in a northerly direction on U.S. Highway 101 near the point known as "Clam Beach Inn."
