These are two indictments in which it is charged in separate counts that the defendant did steal from four named persons, Leland, Hendrickson, DaCosta, and Bennett, various sums of money. The defendant was found guilty by a jury on counts 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, and 8 of indictment numbered 1402 and count 1 of indictment numbered 1587.
