The plaintiffs in this case were, on the 8th of March, 1941, and prior thereto, the owners of 80 acres of farm land located in Superior township, Washtenaw county. On the date mentioned they entered into a land contract with the defendants for the sale of said property, excepting, however, 10 acres of the description on which was located the residence of the vendors.
