On May 20, 1941, N.D. Johnson, as owner, and W.A. Blanchett, as tenant, entered into two certain farm leases to run through the crop year of 1942, covering nine hundred sixty acres of wheat land situated in Grant county, Washington. W.A. Blanchett later assigned his interest in the leases to his brother, Harry Blanchett.
