(hereinafter called Berlanti) acquired a judgment against the defendant, Borough of Manheim Authority, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania (hereinafter called Authority) for $21,178.27 with 4% interest on $16,473.30 from March 7, 1946, and on $4,704.97 from November 1, 1945.
