The defendant is a foreign corporation, being incorporated under the laws of the State of Minnesota. The amount sued for is in excess of $3,000.00, exclusive of costs. Service of the summons and complaint on the defendant is claimed to have been made by serving one Maurice Diehl, who is alleged to be the agent of the defendant...
