Flowers entered a plea of guilty in the district court of Kay county to the crime of burglary and was sentenced to serve a term of five years' imprisonment in the State Penitentiary; at the same time and place, the said Donald Flowers entered his plea of guilty to a charge of kidnapping and was sentenced by the court to serve a term of 20 years imprisonment in the State Penitentiary, the said terms of imprisonment to run...
