Robert C. Singer, Sr., died July 26, 1948, and left surviving him one child, Robert C. Singer, Jr., the child of a first marriage, who is appellee, and Mariam C. Singer, the wife of a second marriage, who is appellant.

The suit was brought by appellee against appellant and others for the recovery of real and personal property distributed to Robert C. Singer, Sr., during his lifetime by the executors of the estate of William Singer who survived...
