The plaintiffs, Rose Balaszek and Michael F. Owczarzak, hereinafter designated as Rose and Michael, sued Frank Blaszak and his wife, and Thomas Owczarzak and Helen Fleming Czachorski, an attorney, hereinafter designated as Blaszak, Thomas and Helen, in the superior court of Cook County.
