Plaintiff suffered personal injuries when the car which he was driving crashed into the rear of a highway maintenance truck operated by defendant. The accident occurred in the darkness and fog of an early January morning as the truck was preceding plaintiff's car southward on U.S. Highway 99. The point of impact was on the south slope of a concrete highway overcrossing two miles north of Burlington, Washington...
