This is a suit on a promissory note executed on June 18, 1934, due one year after date, on which plaintiff, in her declaration, alleged that the last payment, in the amount of $300, was made on January 30, 1941. Suit was commenced on December 24, 1946, process was served on defendant, maker of the note, who died January 3, 1947, after which plaintiff's declaration was filed, the special administrator of deceased...
