C., seeks to recover damages for breach of an alleged contract whereby defendant, a Pennsylvania corporation having its principal place of business at Washington, Pa., agreed to sell to the plaintiff one hundred metric tons of "ferrochrome," having a seventy-four per cent. minimum and seventy-five per cent. maximum content of chromium, for the sum of $35,610,75...
