This is an appeal from a modification of a decree in the circuit court as to the custody of a minor daughter of the parties. In April, 1945, plaintiff obtained a decree of divorce from defendant. The custody of the daughter, Ellen Smilgus, then about 2 1/2 years of age, was given to plaintiff.
